Alfie Scott wins Design A Stamp Competition
The winner of the 2020 Design A Stamp Competition, held as part of Virtual Stampex, in support of the NHS has been won by ALFIE SCOTT, Age 10, from Shetland. He will receive an Amazon Voucher for £100. Many congratulations.
