Charlie Wins Penny Black
CHARLIE STEWART from Derby was the winner of the Penny Black in the prize draw for youngsters who replied to the Kidstamps Survey. This was undertaken to provide feedback to the organisers on the contents and administration of our free postal club for children aged 5 to 19. The responses were encouraging with very positive comments on the range and quality of the contents of the packs. Our thanks to everyone who took the trouble to send back the survey.
