The Philatelic Fund has replaced The British Philatelic Trust as the charity that looks to support educational objectives through philately. The scheme is administered by The Royal Philatelic Society, London, under the chairmanship of Christine Earle.

The Oxford Philatelic Society was founded in 1890. We have about sixty members and our monthly meetings are attended by an average of twenty five. We are pleased to be able to support the Stamp Active Network due to a legacy left by member and former leader of Oxford City Council, Stan Taylor (1940-2008), to promote Stamp Collecting amongst the young people of Oxford.
