Paul Davidson wins the Bill Hart Award 2013

Paul Davidson has received the Bill Hart Award in 2013 for outstanding service to youth philately. Paul is Youth Officer for Hampshire and has organised the Hampex Youth Workshop for the last five years. He was presented with his certificate and a gift of a Royal Mail framed QEII picture by Chairman of Stamp Active, John Davies. At the presentation John said “The Hampex youth workshop is the role model for Federations with competitive displays, youth activities and even a buffet lunch for the kids. It is always well organised and well attended. Paul does a great job, well supported by local school clubs and societies.”
