Salisbury Design A Stamp Competition

STAMP OUTLINE Open to Primary School children. Create a new stamp featuring some aspect of Salisbury. The design must be done on the stamp outline sheet shown above. Any media may be used.

Prizes include a free children’s pack to include stamps, list of countries and map for pinpointing the origin of stamps for all the completed entrants. Children can claim their pack from the Salisbury Stamp Show at City Hall on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th May 2016 where all entries will be displayed.

The winner of the Primary School design competition will get a genuine 1840 One Penny Black (the world’s first postage stamp!) as their prize!

Details of how to enter: Use the special stamp outline sheet. Please make sure that you full name, age, school and contact details (address and telephone number) are clearly written on the back. All entrants must be delivered or posted to Dauwalder’s Stamp Shop, Fisherton Street, Salisbury, SP2 7RB by Saturday 7th May.
