Steve Pye wins Bill Hart Award
Steve Pye was presented with the Bill Hart Award for outstanding service to youth philately. He signed the Roll of Honour and received a framed certificate and gifts including a limited edition prestige stamp case, cufflinks and a tie, sponsored by Royal Mail. Steve has run a very successful stamp club in Liverpool and has a huge passion for the hobby and helping young people.
